Sleepwalkersin marraskuun uutiskirje (in English below)
ULTIMATEJAOSTO KOKOUSTAA su 4.11. klo 15-> Passionissa (Kauppalaispihalla). Aiheena on vuoden 2019 budjetti ja siihen liittyvä toimintasuunnitelma. Mukaan ovat tervetulleita kaikki, jotka ovat kiinnostuneita vaikuttamaan seuran toimintaan tai vain viettämään sunnuntaipäivää hyvässä seurassa. Mahdollinen budjettikokous II sekä jaoston syyskokous ovat vuorossa myöhemmin marras-joulukuussa.

SEURAN PIKKUJOULUT järjestetään niin ikään la 10.11. ja Innovan saunalle ovat tervetulleita kaikki liitokiekkoilijat lajiin katsomatta. Mukaan saavat tulla myös pelaajat, jotka eivät ole seuran jäseniä, mutta heiltä peritään 5e saunamaksu.
SEURAN SYYSKOKOUS ti 4.12. on hyvä merkitä kalenteriin jo marraskuun puolella. Kokouksessa äänestetään siitä, muutetaanko seuran tili- ja toimintakausi kalenterivuodesta 1.4.-31.3. väliseksi ajaksi. Muutos tekisi seuratoiminnan pyörittämisestä huomattavasti tarkoituksenmukaisempaa, joten toivomme ultimatejaostolta äänestysaktiivisuutta.
PELIASUTILAUS on taas ajankohtainen. Kaikki lisätiedot löytyvät tilauslomakkeelta, jonka saat Elisalta (ultimate@jyli.fi). Deadline oman tilauksen kirjaamiselle on ti 13.11. klo 23:59, jotta saamme pelipaidat ennen ensimmäistä touria 15.-16.12. Jos tilaus jää alle 10 tuotteen, tilausaikaa jatketaan ma 17.12. klo 23:59 asti, jolloin peliasut tulevat toiselle tourille. Muille kuin seuran jäsenille hintaan lisätään 10% (Luckygrassin seura-alennus) sekä postikulut (jotka viimeksi olivat 20e koko tilaukselta).
SEURAN JÄSENYYS on tarkoitus ostaa Suomisport.fi-järjestelmän kautta. Järjestelmässä on kuitenkin muutamia haasteita ratkottavana, joten jos et ole seuran jäsen, mutta haluat liittyä jäseneksi, katso ohjeet maksujen masterfilesta tai laita viestiä Elisalle ultimate@jyli.fi.
LUMIULTIMATEKAUSI odotuttaa itseään vielä hetken. Optimaalinen lumen määrä on vähintään puoleen pohkeeseen. Kannattaa seurata JKL <3 Ultimate -Facebook-ryhmää ja olla valmis lähtöön nopeallakin aikataululla.

Ultimate division’s annual pre-winter season meeting is on Sunday 4.11. at 15 o’clock. The venue will be decided later (somewhere around the city center). Topics of the meeting include the budget of 2019, club strategy and general discussion about upcoming events. Everyone interested in making a change inside the club or just wants to spend the Sunday in the best company is welcome to join the meeting. There is a possibility for a Budget Meeting vol. II and the divisions annual autumn meet later around November-December.
Tampere Syysturnaus is played on Saturday 10.11 and you can join up until Tuesday 6.11. The tournament is an excellent opportunity for both newer and more experienced players. Additional information about the tournament and signing up can be found at our own event:

JyLi Pre-Christmas Party is also on 10.11. At the Innova Sauna. This get together is intended for all disc throwers and it is a great place to meet other club members and prearrange your snow disc golf rounds with our disc golf experts. Players who are not members of JyLi are very welcome, but are required to pay a 5e sauna fee.
JyLi autumn meeting on Tuesday 4.12 is very important, and you should mark it in you calendars right away. We are voting to change our annual active season to 01.04.-31.03. This would help many club bureaucracy matters greatly and lead to a better system. We hope that all able ultimate division players participate in the vote,
Team jersey order is once again at hand. All the necessary information can be found at the order form which you can get from Elisa (ultimate@jyli.fi), The deadline for this order is on Tuesday 13.11., so that the new jerseys will make it to the firs Tour on 15.-16.12. If the order is less than 10 items, we will hold the order until Monday 17.12. And order the items in time for tour two. Club members get 10% (Luckygrass club discount). Non-members can participate in the order with normal prices and their share of the postal expenses (they were around 20 euros for the whole order last time).
Club memberships should be bought from the Suomisport.fi -system. However, there are some unsolved problems with the systems and if you want to join the club now check instructions from masterfile or send a message to Elisa ultimate@jyli.fi
Snow ultimate season is coming, but we will have to wait for just a while longer. The minimal snow level should be around the height of half of your calves. Stay tuned for JKL <3 Ultimate -Facebook group and be ready to leave at a moments notice.
